Description
This unit explores the strong biblical, theological, and
organizational foundations of church administration and leadership. Drawing
from Scripture, historical church models, and classical organizational
principles, the unit examines how God has structured His church to function
with order, authority, accountability, and a clear mission focus.
Students will critically engage with leadership structures,
governance systems, ministerial authority, and administrative processes within
the church, with particular attention to the relationship between spiritual
leadership and organizational effectiveness. The unit equips doctoral students
with the capacity to lead, govern, and administer church institutions with
integrity, theological depth, and strategic wisdom in diverse and contemporary
ministry contexts.
