Interpret key constitutional provisions affecting freedom of religion and church operations. Understand the relationship between the State and the Church in a democratic society. Analyze how church laws and constitutions are developed and applied. Identify legal responsibilities and liabilities of church leaders and institutions. Apply constitutional and legal principles to resolve conflicts within church organizations.
